"Loved the pool, the view, the location, the design the staff. The shop was reasonable for prices surprisingly. Food was also good . I enjoyed the buffet for dinner and breakfast - lots of choices. Also loved the poolside menu and cocktails Room service was available - did not try. Upstairs commissioners restaurant was closed as hotel not full.The room was luxurious.only negative :Private boat company in nextdoor plot played loud music one night after it docked as music blared while staff...

"the pool needed cleaning (but that was general for all our stays in Botswana) and the bar at the pool was closed in the afternoon!!"
