“The hotel is very far 1 hour by taxi from Sauraha where the national Park is in. So, I chose the jeep safari tour from the hotel which didn't take us to the national Park, instead to the buffer zone only. The tour was good but very expensive.”

“Can you imagine , deers come to their ground and you are just in the middle of the jungle . The pool with a bar reminds you of the resorts in mexico . Amazing staff at the bar , I forgot his name .and Ramit Pandit who served us breakfast deserves 7 star for his outstanding service . I will visit again .”

“The hotel is setup as little villas, so the rooms are extremely quiet and comfortable. The area is peaceful and you get to see elephants and their handlers passing by all the time. Gardens are beautiful and relaxing.”

“The staff are amazing. Whether that’s the guides, or the restaurant staff, everyone is lovely. It’s a much quieter area than staying in Sauraha, which is one of the reasons we picked it. We also picked it as it has a much better reputation for how it keeps its elephants compared to most lodges and was one of the the first to ban tourists riding them which I liked. The safari experience was epic, saw tonnes of rhino, as well as gaur and birdlife. We also heard tigers. The lodge gardens are full...

“We overall loved the property and had a wonderful stay! Being nestled near the jungle, having insects around is naturally expected, but the ants were quite disturbing during our time there. Providing an eco-friendly ant repellent in the room or doing light pest control would make a huge difference and elevate the guest experience even further. Despite that minor issue, it is a beautiful location and we really enjoyed our time!"”

“Loved my stay here. Very nicely run lodge— a great choice in the area that provides an upscale experience for a very reasonable amount. The staff were all lovely, the owner ever-present, making sure you’re having a great stay. But the stand-outs were the safari guides, who were so friendly and knowledgeable and worked very hard to ensure a great experience in the park. Saw tons of animals—so many rhinos!—but sadly no tigers, though the guides were super committed to trying to spot.”
