walking distance to downtown Viña Del Mar, restaurants were great and not overly expensive. Outdoor pool had great setting but was a bit cold, indoor pool was warm and looked at outdoor pool. Staff was helpful and friendly, even if not all spoke English. I would definitely recommend the hotel, my kids loved it too. Olga did great job cleaning room and left us extra coffee and water. I drove here and valet parking was easy. "

"This is one of the most delightful hotels I have ever encountered. Everything was great. It is an old house that has been repurposed as a boutique hotel and has a real sense of place. The room was gorgeous, the bed was comfortable, the A/C was really good (even highly rated hotels in Santiago get complaints about this), and breakfast is seved on a veranda overlooking a pool surrounded by mossy stones and a lush garden.
