"Very disappointed in our stay - poor start when we found the air conditioning was not available over “winter” even though it was a warm day - forced to keep the door open all night with lots of traffic noise next to a major highway. Service was poor and everything is an extra charge. Definitely a hotel past it’s best. "

"The hotel locates at a far away from the address we got from the Expedia, and without clear direction after the address. We spent 10 minutes to drive back and forward in the area before we could find the right direction. There were a live music show that night started at 11:00 pm. And we were waked up because of noises on the hallway at 4:30 am. There were a lot of people talking and running load, and the sounds of door opens and closes."

"Very good- we had to leave early so could not enjoy a breakfast the next day..a shame as I expect it would have been great."
