“Hotel wasn’t that clean, other guests were extremely loud late at night and into the early hours. Small beds. ”

“This is a great hotel with an excellent service and staff. We also had dinner and the dishes were delicious. Breakfast seemed little at first but we could order different hot plates and it was excellent in the end. The hotel itself is beautiful, and rooms are big, with high ceilings, and great finishing touches. Definitely a place to stop by again in our routes around South Africa!”

“Why did they even register on Expedia (online booking), if they are not going to use or accept clients who book online? We got to the property at 5.30pm, shiwed them our reservation/confirmation email, only to be returned as apparently it was full booked (they have already accepted cash bookings), despite our online booking which was made hours earlier. That was a huge inconvenience on our side, and worse we had to go back and forth to finally get our refund.”

“Staff are super friendly, room was spacious, clean and comfy with beautiful views”

“It was nice that all the rooms were separate small buildings. The brickwork around the property was very nice and they have a decent bbq area. The rooms could definitely do with air conditioning. ”

“Very bad internet service.”

“African Roots is a comfortable Guest House in Polokwane, with adequate safe parking, convenient for short business trips”

“Nice place, good service.”

“Good clean place. Staff and owner very good.”

“Alles picobello, für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise perfekt”

“Mix up with my room allocation booked via Hotels.com and the was moved quite disappointing”

“Preis Leist”

“The rooms are as they seem on pictures. The place is clean and the staff is professional.”
