“Kind service and very nice rooms and amenities would recommend.”

“Excelente servicio y el personal de los restaurantes en especial en de desayunos increible”

“La habitación estaba perfecta, limpia, buen olor, sin ruido.”

“Good Hotel, good location. Good breakfast. But the hotel and rooms looks a bit old and requires renovations”

“First try to charge me an early check-in when hotel is totally empty, then ask a 100 dhs security deposit for the room (for what, he couldn't tell....). Totally run down hotel, weird communication under 2 different names (Palette Marina View and Happy Days). Rooms are old, but spacious and clean, very nice Seaview from higher floors, but night club in the hotel, extremely noisy from 10pm till 2am. It was ok for a short business trip, but definitely not a place to rest...”

“Normal ”

“Very good point ”

“The Palavra Resort has an outstanding location in an island. It has a nice infinity beach pool, a few restaurants with decent food quality. The Service was very kind. However the rooms are not 5 star: the interior design is outdated, we stayed in a Suite with no view at all. No amenities or minibar.”

“simply excellent. staff is helpful and great. will surely come again!”

“Very good location and the hotel is nice, but the wifi is very bad or null, also late night found the sheets dirty (with a spot) it was awful, Then the next day when I made check out complained at the reception but they didn´t care about it, not even a "sorry" was heard....I just stayed there to have family in the city Center while I was playing golf... I will try to avoid staying there in the future. Lack of the quality of Westin International and very overpriced.”
