"Overall a nice place. Good stuff: The beach was only a 4 minute walk, also short walks to bus, grocery store, taxi stand, and many restaurants/stores. Annoying: we had to sit sideways on the toilet due to close proximity to the wall, and we are average height. A little strange for us (Americans): no washcloths nor top sheet on the bed (only a comfortor) "

"We have mixed feelings! The hotel staff are extremely nice people and the views are fantastic. However, it is remote and up steep lanes which made us want to have dinner at the hotel to avoid night time driving. Dinner, while home cooked, is not very good - a bit like going to a friend's whose cooking is just about ok. As with friends, it's hard to complain when they are so nice but we didn't enjoy the food except for our dinner on the last night. If each meal could have been that good we would...
