"Nice hotel, friendly staff. Good service in the restaurant and at the Rendezvous bar. Spacious room and cleaned daily to a good standard. Minor niggle the cost of parking is a bit steep when we had already paid for our stay. The lifts were a bit crowded at busy times. The spa was OK there was a charge to use the sauna and steam room so it was pristine and empty! The location is good, we did a trip to Nesbar and to Varna both of which were enjoyable. The

garden and the beaches. Personel needs additional training in being pleasant and oferring help to the customers. Sometimes we felt that they were bothered if we ask for something."
