"Very convenient location near main train station. Many places to eat and markets within walking distance. Hotel is well-kept, clean, good breakfast, etc."

"Tap water may be drinkable but still they need to put bottle of water in rooms. There is no different sink at the hotel, so people get hesitation to drink water from bathroom’s sink."

"We stayed at The Graben Hotel for 3 nights in April and we had a really good stay and would highly recommend. We were able to check in early as our room was available. The hotel is really conveniently located right in the centre of Vienna which made it walking distance to everywhere we wanted to visit and meant we could go back during the day. The staff were very helpful with advice and information for travelling around the city using public transport. We had breakfast included for our stay...

"My room was exceptionally comfortable and clean, especially the bathroom. The only negative aspect is that the area around the hotel is about 10-15 min from historic Salzburg, and a bit industrial, but you do have very easy access to the train station."
