"We had to sit around for 2 hours waiting for it to be cleaned which was completely unacceptable plus the key holders didn't ring me back with time updates as they said they would so I had to chase them for 2 hours. The room itself was fine except there were really dirty cups and dishes in the cupboard. Shame as it's a good location."

The accommodation itself is a bit tired and the rest of the offering isn’t particularly centred around resort guests, eg., I had to call reception 4 times before I got a hold of someone to come and unlock the door between our rooms to make it into the ‘2 bedroom villa’.
