"A great family resort / lots of facilities & perfect for our 3 days. The staff were lovely & the apartment good. However we were not informed there were check out rules & We would need to view those rules on the hotel website. We left our apartment tidy & closed all windows & washed up & put away our breakfast items. We left our bed linen in a pile for collection but did not empty our bin. "Wonderful stay - disappointed it was only for one night! Helpful staff (sorry didn’t catch a name) booked us into a local restaurant for an excellent evening meal! Our room was spacious with a wonderful view overlooking the vineyard. A comfortable bed and a great shower. The hotel is close to all that Vallon Pont D’Arc has to offer. Would definitely stay again - plus their wine was delicious! "
