"A landmark since forever, its greatest advantage is the location. Within a 3-minute walk, you've hit 4 of the best 4 restaurants in town. Downtown is a short trip away, walking to the 3rd through 1st circles is a breeze. Hitting Abdoun? Forget Uber and Taxis--I walked it and it took me less than 20 minutes. And in the summer, the garden is a blessing."
