"Good location. Room was lovely and a good size, however shower leaked! Breakfast quite poor - no vegan options despite request to hotel in advance and selection of breakfast items limited, often with missing cutlery or crockery. Also a very loud birthday party with loud music playing beyond midnight on Saturday night which could be clearly heard in the bedroom. It would have been nice if staff could have warned us in advance."

"The one thing I really liked about this hotel is its location, as it is very close to the square and city centre. The staff were also friendly and helpful. However, the room was too small and cramped for my liking. The breakfast service was also disappointing, as we often had to ask the staff to refill the food at the buffet. If you have large or heavy luggage, I would not recommend this hotel, as there is no lift, which can make carrying your bags upstairs quite difficult."
