"Upon arrival there was a 2 hour delay from when we could check in to when we got our room. We ended up getting a room which was already occupied and had to be re roomed twice. Receptionists Khalid and Wafae were rude and unhelpful. They offered no apology and said speak to the manager. I could not get hold of the manager for the duration of my stay. The resst of the facilities were good. Food was average but plenty. The pools were good."

"This property offers the opportunity to live the experience of a traditional Morrocan individual. Location is 20-25 min walking from common touristic places. Neighborhood was not the best as many houses around were destroyed, and for some visitors that could be a downer. The neighborhood might feel unsafe, but we walked late at night with no issues.
