As the other review wrote, basement bar noise continued around 4 a.m. though I was on the 4th floor and the noise might have been bearable somehow. The reception seemed not familiar to the Expedia pre-payment arrangement. So, you may be better to have your Expedia booking confirmation handy. Hot shower needed more than 5 minutes to come out.
