"The staff were great but the hotel lacks a few things. Rooms were not up to date the showers were terrible with very less water. Bugs on breakfast and in rooms at times. Swimming pool very cold and dirty you cant go in. This hotel is good fot only location close to everything. "

"What a stunning, little, authentic heritage hotel. We only stayed for 2 nights & we were wow’ed by the place. Perched on the top of a small hill this old fort has commanding views up and down the valley. They’ve done a stunning job on converting this Kasbar with so many thoughtful touches & traditional decoration. The pool & the gardens are tranquil & relaxed. So many lovely spots to sit & relax. And spotless. Both the inside and the grounds & gardens. This feels truly authentic...

L'appartement sale, état quasi insalubre, matériel inexistants : micro onde ? seche cheveux ? produits hygiène. Je déconseille fortement cet hotel piscine = sale catastrophe, à fuir de toute urgence"

And when you complain about the room they just tell you there’s no other rooms available. Our bathroom door handle literally came apart from the door, shower had no curtain so the whole bathroom gets drenched, toilet seemed to be leaking so floor was constantly wet.
