Would definitely stay again. Some disconnect between the 3rd party and resort. Loved the closeness to beach and pools. Would have loved some kind of local shuttle to store and back for those of us with no cars. Will be back for sure.

One of the bathrooms the toilet was busted and had to stay turned off and the other toilet ran so when you weren’t using it we turned it off. There was only two of us so my daughter used my bathroom. I let the office know and no one came to fix it and the room was already rented out for the day we left so I doubt it was fixed for the next guest. That being said it was very clean. It’s not ocean front like the advertised.

Great condo in a great location. Unfortunately the fridge wasn’t working when we checked in with all our groceries. Temp was at 59° called the maintenance # and was told they would be out the next day. We purchased a cooler and ice to save our food and texted and called a 24/7 number who said it would be an urgent ticket. Guy shows up the next morning and looked at it, confirmed it was warm and left. We found him later and were told it would need to be unplugged but he needed to contact the owner first…This was the morning after arriving for a 6 night stay. My husband YouTubed it and fixed it within an hour so we were up and running. We never heard another word from maintenance or the property manager checking in on the fridge. Pretty disappointing for the money we spent, but lucky to have a handy husband. The property location was great and security made sure the pool was quiet at 10 so we could enjoy our evenings. Overall pleased, but would’ve spent the week icing a cooler if not for my husband repairing their fridge on our vacation.

The hotel was great. The beach cut off for where you can place your things I didn’t love. Unless you want to pay $35 a day to rent their chairs and umbrella you can’t get close to the ocean which is hard when you have children. You want to be closer to the water to be able to watch them.
