This was such a great place to stay in Dessau. The park view rooms are fabulous. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was very quiet for a large hotel. We really enjoyed it.

When I hear Radisson I think quality, comfort and fresh. This hotel is a bit outdated, like it already have had its golden years, but its clean and staff very friendly.

A nice place

The room was decent, nothing special for the price charged. I thought breakfast was expensive for what it was. However, the room was clean and the people were friendly. Was also great that it was right next to the train station.

A special mention for Tobias who offered very good customer service as the Duty Manager. He was warm and friendly and tried his best to resolve issues. He organised a dinner booking at an external restaurant including the taxi booking. The curtains in the room were tatty and dirty. The water in the room was not replaced on our second day.Thank you.

It was fine. I wouldn’t return though. Breakfast manager is not very friendly and I had to have reception manager intervene to be permitted to get a coffee. The guy managing the breakfast wanted to charge me €20 for the full breakfast spread when all I wanted was a coffee. Traveling with my dog and was told it was a one time charge of €15 but at check out they tried to charge me for 5 days. Again reception manager intervened and we got it sorted but I really didn’t want to have to check these things or argue over getting a coffee. I wanted to enjoy my stay and the city

Two nights in a row, the Bartender closed the bar at 11:30pm? and didn't say anything to us before he closed. No "last call". Suite was good sized but lacked furniture.

Hot rooms

Been here many time, as it’s one of 2 hotels in town and the other doesn’t have a bar. The temperature in the rooms cannot be adjusted. And the thermostat is set to very high. Its always been like this and complaining didn’t fix the issue. Bar service is very slow, they can disappear for 10 mins at any time. But they friendly and helpful however.
