Room was very organized and spacious. Beds were super comfortable. Was elated to see that it came with a free mini bar and the other services outside of the room like the fitness room was great. Sound isolation needs work between rooms. Room service didn't provide new towels. Bathroom amenities might need some work in the soap variety department.

Everything was fantastic! Large rooms with lots of space, huge bathroom with a tub, extremely comfortable bed, and free drinks! I only have 2 minor complaints. First is that housekeeping should NOT be trying to get in my room at 8am, that’s way too early considering that checkout is at 12 noon. Second is that there’s nobody at the reception desk until 1pm, I wanted to ask about staying another night but nobody was there. Overall, it was a really nice place in a great location.

Poor and frustrating communication and welcome

On arrival in the afternoon ,there was noone at reception( they had restricted hours) , and the water dispenser was empty ( and stayed that way for the next day). I was told that my room had no Aircon ( while some did) , which was not emphasised at my online booking site, despite the heatwave, and the small bar fridge was warm.There is no phone in the rooms to reception, and I found that I couldn't turn the shower on, and there is no instruction via a diagram nor in writing how to do this. I was kept waiting in the foyer the next morning for them to find an assistant to personally demonstrate how to turn on the the shower. I bear some responsibility for not speaking German, but none of the staff spoke English, except the reception on Day One ( limited). Breakfast is expensive, so I suggest eating in the bakery across the road. The TV mechanism was dodgy, and needed yet another trip down the stairs to tell reception. I had considered continuing my stay , but that's now out of the question due to their poor means of communication.

Super Lage, sehr nettes Personal. Mein Zimmer war ruhig, einwandfrei, erfreulich groß, gut ausgestattet. Meine Freundin hatte etwas Pech, Wasser in Dusche lief nicht ab, aber die umgehende, sehr freundliche Behebung hat dazu beigetragen, dass auch ihr Urteil war: Da übernachten wir gerne wieder.

Das Hotel liegt super zentral in Dessau, direkt beim zentralen Markt. Gebäude und Zimmer sind zwar nicht mehr taufrisch, aber sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Unfreundlichkeit. Frühstück war auch gut, für den Preis ein absolutes Schnäppchen.

Rezeptions-MA sehr freundlich, Frühstückspersonal unhöflich, schon fast respektlos. 10.00Uhr - Samstag = Begrüssung: "kommen die auch noch!", sehr mauliger Ton, kein Guten-Morgen etc. Frühstück steht bis 10.30Uhr im Check-Kärtchen u. kostet 20,00Euro/p.P. Die selbe Dame hatten wir auch mit ausl. Akzent u. einen Herren sehr laut diskutierend im Fahrstuhl. Tische waren nicht abgeräumt, nicht abgwischt. Unvollständiges Besteck, keine Brötchen, alles war fast leer, nichts wurde aufgefüllt. Es kam niemand wegen Kaffee/Tee. Miserabel. Es war sehr laut, auch mit geschlossenem Fenster. Hof und oberer Aussenbalkon (6 laut diskutierende Herren, Akzent) schallte extrem nach, der Atemkurs mit Musik und Sprechanlage war im ganzen Haus zu vernehmen. Baumassnahmen, man musste sich zum Etagenflur vorsichtig hangeln, alles voller Bretter, Möbel. Dafür hatten wir dennoch Verständnis, es muss ja auch mal was erneuert werden. Zimmer war okay. Store war teilweise abgerissen. Kühlschrank mit Fingerabdrücken und unsauberen Stellen. Fenster so olala. Bad war dann aber der Supergau. Schimmelige Fugen und Ränder im Wannenbereich. WC Deckel nicht fest, Wasserhahn u. Ablauf minimal sauber, Luftwannenklappe dreckig usw. Traurig, vom Flair vor einigen Jahren war kaum mehr was da. So ein schlechtes Hotel hatten wir noch nie in Germany. Fotos sind vorhanden. Einzig die Rezeptionsservicekräfte waren wirklich kompetent und sehr freundlich, obwohl sie ja den Unmut der Gäste abfangen müssen.

Als Rollstuhl Fahrer komme ich natürlich mit ganz anderen Gegebenheiten in Berührung als der normale Gast, aber ich kann in diesem Punkt nichts negatives sagen, es war für mich alles erreichbar und befahrbar, das Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber, im Bad war alles vorhanden was für mich wichtig ist, Duschstuhl, Haltegriffe auch am WC, techn ist alles im Zimmer was man braucht, es gibt zum Teil größere Gebrauchsspuren, kaputter Spiegel, Lichtschalter ohne Funktion, Schrammen und Abplatzungen, das ist aber für mich übersehbar weil das Preis / Leistung Verhältnis stimmt.

Das Zimmer war extrem warm, die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Was viel schlimmer war, die Toilettenspülung funktionierte sehr schlecht. Für mich viel zu schwer, aber selbst mein Mann hat's nicht immer geschafft, die Spülung zu betätigen. Sehr ungünstig für Stuhlgang. Beim Techniker hat's sofort funktioniert. Der letzte Aufenthalt war etwas besser.

War eine sehr gutes Hotelzimmer , auch die Umgebung . Dessau ist für mich , wie eine zweite Heimatstadt. Fahre dort gerne hin.
