There is on going construction on the property, the reception area is not finished and the mineral water jacuzzi had temperature issues not hot and then too hot. The rooms are comfortable as are the beds and the place is clean.

Thank you Melinda and David for these oasis style getaway. We had a wonderful 20th anniversary stay. It was so clean and homey. The pools were so clean. The room was immaculate. We realize you guys are still under construction but thank you again for making our stay with you very memorable.

Free parking and the pools were great! Unfortunately the owner was in the hospital, we didn’t see much of the staff, and there was construction from a pipe burst so the private pool room originally booked was not available. The owner stated they would reach out to have us come back for a comped night when renovations are completed.

David and Malinda were absolutely the best part of our stay, they were so helpful accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. This property is currently being renovated so we were unable to use our private spa but the guest spa was nice and hot. The bed was very comfortable and brand new. It will definitely be very nice when it’s complete.

The property is still under improvement. They appeared to be understaffed and didn't have our room ready when we checked in around 7pm, when check in was at 3pm. The private pool area wasn't clean and didn't look anything like the pictures. However, the community hot tub and the pool were nice amenities. Staff, David and Melinda, were great and very welcoming.

Our stay was good. This location has only been up and running since the 1st of April. Malinda and David the onsite managers were very friendly at check in and check out. And have some great ideas to make the guest experience even better. We will be going back soon. If you are looking for a small quiet place this is the place.

The property is currently being renovated and the rooms are turning out great. The varying temps of the pool were perfect for the fluctuating temperatures in the desert. Comfortable beds. Private mineral pool en suite was amazing. Will be back. Staff was extremely friendly, hardworking, and accommodating.

It appeared that updates were underway in the lobby area, but the staff was very attentive & thorough. The room was very comfortable & had all we needed. The “private pool” was not what we expected, but we didn’t get in any of the pools since we were traveling through & didn’t want wet suits in our luggage. Overall, we enjoyed our stay & for the price, it was great!

Arrived at place, was told room was under repair, and private pool (this is why this hotel was booked) was not able to use. Was told by manager due to that we would get a discounted rate to stay, agreed, and she would send us a discount if when the room was repaired to come back and stay, as we came from out of state just for this private pool. This should be told in advance if the room paid for is not available upon booking. Still have not got the discount to our stay, or any communication about coming back when it is repaired.

We booked for the private spa, but Construction was in progress in the room that we were assigned. As nice as the staff is, this is just not good business. Didn’t end up staying at the property because of that. And did not get a full refund even when the hotel staff verbally agreed to send the full refund. Just overall 0/5.

Llegamos a las 3 p.m. para el check-in, pero la habitación no estaba lista. La manager se portó muy amable y nos pidió disculpas, y nos dio otra habitación, pero no tenía microondas ni refrigerador, como en el anuncio y al reservar. Las habitaciones no son iguales a las fotos, un poco parecidas. Nos dijo la manager que tenían poco tiempo que re abrieron desde el 2020 el hotel, por eso le faltaba muchas cosas.Lo que si me gustó fue el jacuzzi de interior, y el jacuzzi de exterior también está grande . Lo que no me gustó fue el que no teníamos un refrigerador para meter agua fría o calentar comida .teníamos que salir a comprar afuera.
