Room was quite spacious! Much more than your standard king room. No ironing board, not a deal breaker and I didn’t call the front desk to see if I could borrow one so might have been an option. We checked in later in the evening, around 9pm and while there was someone in the office, it was not your typical check in - didn’t have to show ID or present my CC. Breakfast was an odd time, only 8:30-10am which may be typical for the area but did not work for our schedule so we never got to enjoy it. When our family came to check in the following day, also late but during stated lobby hours, no one was there and I had to call the after hours line to check them in and it was a bit relaxed the same as we had the day prior. I also had to ask about how to access the courtyard from the parking lot as I had not previously been given the gate code. It was very quiet during our stay, not sure how occupied the property was but I would guess not more than 1 or 2 other rooms based on how full the parking lot was. Overall a decent value for what we paid.

The room was clean, spacious and updated. The staff was friendly and accommodated our late arrival. The hot tub and pool were clean and relaxing. The breakfast was a good start to the day with cheese omelette, cereals, bread, yogurt and fruit.

We needed to find somewhere close to our renovation project : Onsen is just right , with an amazing manager Tracy , beautiful hot pool and simple breakfast. It feels so good to check in after a long drive, have some wine and snack and a dip in the hot tub .
