Vacations Close To Desert Diamonds

The property location is good for the strip. The lines for many things tend to be long. Though you can expect this at some point the staff often are not worried about jumping on another register or at cash outs they will let 10 people wait in line if they have a paper money slip to help only those with chips. My biggest reason for ratings were I was there 5 days and 4 nights. We went three without getting rooms cleaned though they advised upon check in it often would be every other day. But after talking with staff (after waiting in a long check-in line) they helped me out. Then there are the hidden resort fees, and though I was told when I booked the hotel parking was free. This only applies to their platinum members. I found you are charged the hidden resort fees for pool and work out center (if you use them or not). I also found problems with the parking. They issue room keys to let you out with $20 a day to park. They didn’t work and had to bill my card each time to then again stand in line to get this fixed later.

We had a good time. The hotel was nice and clean which we appreciated.

Close to LVCC. Really nice.

Way too expensive for what you got. Will probably not stay there again.
