This is a lovely hotel and much better than 3 stars suggests. Our room was clean, recently refurbished and comfortable; the staff were excellent; and breakfast was really good (lots of choice) - in a room with a great view of the lake. We borrowed beach towels and a travel plug as ours didn’t work and nothing was too much trouble.

Breakfast was decent to save some euro and it was clean. When we arrived at 3pm it was too late for them to set up a rollaway bed for our 4 yr old. The beds were uncomfortable . The location is on a busy street with a bar beside them that plays very loud musaic until 10-11pm some nights.

Excellent service from the staff. Perfect location. We had one of the renovated rooms with a balcony and lake views and it was wonderful and worth any extra cost. Bathroom is simple but does the job, an upgraded shower would’ve been the cherry on top. Breakfast buffet was lovely, plenty of choice. Highly recommend and hoping to return in the future.

We stayed as a family of 3 with a baby Breakfast options were excellent. Great balcony view overlooking Lake Garda, very clean and friendly staff.
