Great location and hotel

Wonderful stay- very friendly and helpful staff, hotel was very clean and modern, good breakfast selection and a lovely pool. Hotel location was great, just a short walk from the lake. Would definitely recommend!

Super locations, away from the hustle bustle of the town, but only a short walk. Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel is kept very clean and feels like it has been recently refurbished. Great shower, and nice large room( family room)

Just perfect!!

Absolutely fabulous stay. The staff were extremely friendly, the breakfast choices were great. The hotel and the rooms were spotless and the pool was immaculate. The location was ideal. Could not fault the hotel at all and loved every minute we were there.

Excellent hotel and service

Amazing hotel and very friendly staff and reception staff who gave us lots of pointers of where to visit with maps etc. so clean and quiet (request a quieter room and they upgraded us to a ground floor overlooking pool). Breakfast and coffee so good only criticism is there are not coffee facilities in the room which I missed!

Lake Garda

We have stayed at this hotel twice and it is wonderful, we wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Lake Garda. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and the hotel is very clean and comfortable with a great breakfast. It's in a great location, a few minutes walk from the centre of Desenzano and about a 10 minute walk from the train station which is very handy to explore places further afield such as Venice and Verona.

The staff were exceptional. So polite and helpful. The hotel was very clean and our room was very comfortable. It was pretty easy to walk into town. Aside from breakfast, the food selection wasn't very good. There should be more English language tv channels. The hotel had lots of British guests.
