A well located hotel a short walk from the centre and easily accessible from the autostrada. The staff were super helpful when contacting them to reserve a parking space. If you like F1 there are some Ferrari memorabilia in the breakfast Room

All staff were wonderful. Friendly and always happy to help. The breakfast was lovely. The whole accommodation was very clean and tidy throughout. Walls are a bit thin! Could hear people speaking in the room next door. Location is great, close to public transport and walking distance to the lake/shops/restaurants. Lovely hotel.

Friendly service. The receptionist / bar keeper was welcoming and went out of his way to show us our room and the breakfast room. He also recommended local restuarants to try. We wanted to try Grappa when we returned after our meal and he explained the different types and recommended one based on taste in wine. On departure, the owner was on reception and explained the Ferrari theme in the bar and breakfast room. I would definitely use this hotel again. Location is ideal - about 10 minutes from the railway station and a quiet location about 3 minutes from the ferry terminal and harbour.

It was a good hotel convenient for Lake Garda and the Stadio Tre Stelle. The only issue I had was the most convenient power socket in my room didn't work. Once I realised that and pointed it out the staff arranged for an electrician to fix it - unfortunately too late for my trip but the other socket worked so I was able to charge my phone and download my boarding pass for my flight home.

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent one-week stay at your hotel. There were several aspects of my experience that I appreciated, but also a significant issue that affected the quality of my stay. Positive Points: The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient The breakfast service was of high quality and enjoyable Area of Concern: Unfortunately, I experienced a serious issue with the acoustic isolation in my room. There is a connecting door between my room and the adjacent one, which resulted in me being able to hear all conversations, television sounds, and other noise from the neighboring guests. Despite using ear plugs, the noise level significantly disrupted my sleep throughout my stay. I reported this issue to the front desk staff on multiple occasions during my stay, but unfortunately, no effective solution was provided. It's disappointing that a hotel with so much potential to be an excellent choice has this fundamental issue affecting guest comfort. I believe addressing this acoustic problem would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. I hope this feedback is helpful as you continue to improve your services.

The room was a good size - loved the area set aside for luggage, safe and general storage. The bathroom was great, good shower (after we realised how to make it work! Discovered a little card on the wall with instructions!). The beds were SO comfie too! The staff were always SO helpful - reception, cleaning staff and breakfast staff. All super obliging and polite. The breakfast was great - something for everyone.

Loved how clean, simple, and friendly it was. Just the perfect walking distance from town and the marina and beach. Parking is difficult in the tight car park but not impossible if careful.

No issues at all except: the Breakfast The hot items were never hot even when just brought out. the egg looked like it had ben blended, then baked and chopped up roughly, not a good example of scrambled egg They did however keep all the food stocked up, even allowing latecomers to eat which was good as it was a very busy breakfast area We were here 5 nights and breakfast was quite boring They had the essentials but the quality of the hot food we felt was a lot lower than an independent hotel we'd just stayed at. Location was very good for Venice and trainstation, unfortunately Mestre train station does attract quite a few beggars and other dodgy characters, and doesnt feel as safe as other areas every time I was outside smoking someone came up to me asking for money for gas or a cigarette However this is not the Hotels fault and just how this area is

A lovely hotel in Desenzano. Our room was cleaned every day, even though we were only there for 3 nights. Very modern bathroom with a huge bed. The breakfast that is included was great, really tasty and plenty of food. The hotel is 10 minute walk from the train station and 5 minute walk to the ferry dock. The perfect location and super quiet. The staff were really friendly and gave lots of great food recommendations.
