Good location to Grimes Sportsplex that’s about it. Always smelled like weed outside & inside property, bathrooms really small/bad design, mattresses sink/need replaced, bathroom tiles dirty, noisy interstate traffic, would not stay at this property again.

Easy place to stay!

This was a good place to stay! We had no issues. The pool was chilly, but no big whoop. The breakfast was your standard hotel free breakfast, but was good and we appreciated it very much. The check-in was easy enough. They have games you can check-out which was cool.
