The front desk staff were very helpful with the many problems we ran into at the property. First, we had mice running through our hotel room. That already threw us off, but we tried to enjoy the stay and hoped we were imagining things. Kids kept banging on our door and waking our newborn. We reported it to the front desk; the woman there wanted to help, but there wasn’t much they could do. After the constant banging sent our baby into a full crying fit, we had to leave. She refunded our stay.

Overall, the I would suggest anyone to stay at the Ramada. It’s a really fun hotel. Staff at main desk and restaurant were very helpful and there was great service. The water park is super fun, but it got packed quickly on a Saturday evening. Food from restaurant wasn’t bad and we really appreciated how easy it was to order food right on the premises of the hotel. I really hope that next time we stay, it a little more updated. Cleanliness wasn’t an issue, just needs many updates. The baseboard trim in our room was shredding, water pipes are rusting, and it looks like all the windows could use a good clean. But it was a very fun place to stay with kids.

It was okay. The staff were helpful. In our room the bathroom door wouldn’t close. The bed was nice and comfortable. The A/C in the room worked great. The pool area the A/C didn’t work at all. The first day the big slide was not working. By the end the main thing was the grandkids had fun in the pool area.

Our stay was great. The women working the front desk was amazing. The pool was great and the food from the sports bar was excellent. The back could have used some cleaning as there was a pizza and other trash out there but outside of that it was amazing

2 queen beds suite, with living room having what we thought was a pull out couch. But was actually a couch. The door looked to have been kicked in, between the main door of the room & the bedroom door. But the room was awesome & right across from the pool.

This property was priced well and had a restaurant with bar on site. The water part closes at 9 pm so that was a bummer as we were unable to use it and it looked very enjoyable. The pasta we ate was delicious and priced fairly as well.

Breakfast has really gone down hill. The breakfast staff were good but the selection was very sad. The condition of facilities are slowly deteriorating. Worn out carpet and chairs throughout the property. We did not have enough pillow for all the guests in our suite and the front desk didn’t have any to give us. The ran out of the large towels so we had to use small ones to dry off. Positively, everything in the pool are washed operating and the water was great. I do think k the Tiki bar being closed is losing you a lot of money… I want to love this place, rooms are huge, pool is awesome, restaurant has a great build out, but it really needs an operator who is focused on the guest experience and not on pinching every penny.

Room was not the greatest in condition. The smoking area was just outside our window. We could smell everything that was being smoked out there. However, for this price it is worth it as you get to enjoy a nice pool without a resort fee. As for the internet, arcade, and restaurant. The restaurant is nice with plenty of options and has a bar. The arcade however is not very good and some of the candy was expired. Internet service was touch n go and would sometimes not have any connection. Overall on a budget this is a somewhat good deal but we will probably not stay here again.

Starting with the room. Everything was worn and broken. Light fixtures were broken. Sink was wobbley and the pocket door sqeeled so loudly when we opened it. It was no where near like the pictures online. Not updated. Second, we booked this hotel mainly for the Waterpark. We walked around it and saw a kid pull his pants down and pee in the pool while his parents watched. As if that wasn't bad enough another mother was pulling poop out of her kids swim suit and rinsing off her hand in the pool!!! We went and told the front desk and they didn't act surprised. The employee didn't even seem to care! Needless to say we did not use the pool area. The one good thing was the beds. They were comfortable. We were so grossed out by everything else tho. We wanted to leave, but the room was nonrefundable. Don't waste your money!!

Room was clean, internet didn't work the best. We primarily stay here for the pool. Kids love it. All of the pools were cold accept the one with the slide. Due to amount of ppl water was extremely foggy. Kids still enjoyed themselves.

Room was clean but a little dated. Carpet worn in places. Pillows were great. Had a really hard time with the tv. Maintenance was nice and came 2 times to fix. Breakfast was ok. Kids had a blast at the pool. We will definitely take the kids back.
