No complimentary breakfast. Other than that, decent place to stay. Seems to be built into the price - so if that doesn’t mean anything to you you’ll be glad for the lower price. Good amount of space in the rooms.

The location was pretty good, safe, and readily accessible from the freeway. I was there for the Iowa State fair. The price was really good compared to hotels that were close to the fair. The hotels within a few blocks of the fair cost about three times more. The hotel is within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and shopping centers. The only negative thing I would probably say is that they did not have enough ice cream in the freezer. Also, there’s no kitchenware or utensils. They also advertised a breakfast you could get in room service, but apparently, for some reason it was canceled and I don’t know if that was temporarily or if they just canceled it altogether. I would still recommend this hotel for people that are traveling.
