Hotel was okay we stayed for a few nights during junior Olympics and it got the job done. Good location, nice bar area, pool looked nice although we did not use. Breakfast was okay for $10.a person. Bed was comfy although sheets seemed a little damp maybe. AC worked good as well. Big downfall was the parking. The parking lot was under construction and barely any parking nearby or you had to walk further with your luggage. Would I stay again yes I would if other hotels were booked up

The parking lot was a mess and closed to traffic. We had to park across the street and walk through a condemned parking lot. I'm not sure what the AC was doing because it was warm and damp the entire time. Oh, and they advertised a shuttle to/from the airport that was not available when I landed or when it was time to fly out again. The coffee in the lobby was frequently empty. The bar was okay though. The bartender lady did good work.

The parking lot is out of order, there’s a parking lot a block away to park in but it’s too small and gets full in a hurry. So, don’t plan on leaving once you have a spot. There was mold in our shower & dead bugs in the pool. Most annoyingly, the key cards to the rooms just seem to be an ongoing issue. We were there over the weekend and had to request new key cards 3 times as they stoped working. Breakfast isn’t included. They were very accommodating with early check in & the staff was always friendly. The pool is super deep, like 8 ft so my oldest child loved being able to actually dive.

Cold lobby, cold room!!! 😊👌and Aldin(?) At the front desk was awesome! Huge upgrade from a hotel originally booked that didn't have close parking closed lot had to drag ALL my stuff clear across from a secondary parking lot a 2 lane road and the " closed" parking lot to enter a hotel lobby and eventually a hotel room that were hot. Due to air issues and the manager got snippy and told me I should have checked the website for updates/ air issues parking lot etc. As far as Im concerned a voutesy call or text should have been sent to assess the customer of the issues that were going to lead to a sub par stay...not make it about the customer and what else they should do. And then offering NO discount ir anything to make up fit the situation NOTHING! So NY stay at the Springhill Bonvoy was very much a destination that changed my trip. And I was very happy Expedia gave me a room upgrade as well. Breakfast provided was adequate and had good selection.

Very outdated rooms. Plug ins were so worn out that the cords would not stay in so you could not use. Air conditioner was very loud and never cooled down the room. Kept it on 68 degrees and sweated all night. Rooms at a very 1990’s vibe. Best part of the hotel is location.

This hotel is very old, the queen beds look and slept like a XL twin bed, did not smell fresh ( I went to purchase carpet freshener and a wall scent) all with Lysol. I’m guessing they are having construction done on the parking lot closes to the hotel entrance bc you couldn’t park there had to park across the street in the other parking lot which was so inconvenient with all the things we had to bring to the room. And the air conditioner WAS TRASH!!!! The 1st night it got cooler sometime in the middle of the night, but the next two night it NEVER got cool had to use our portable fan. Sleep was terrible bc the room was just stuffy. The staff was very friendly with good customer service but the hotel needs remodeling

I loved the pool, It was 8-9 feet. Which is very fun to swim in. The rooms were spacious and everything was neat and comfortable. We didn't really talk with staff but they seemed nice as we were checking-in.

It was a nice clean room. Comfy bed with 4 fluffy (heavier than they looked) pillows. We had a nice view of town from the 10th floor. The air conditioner worked just fine, and was quiet. We were in room 1008, and the water in the toilet would keep running, but would stop when the handle was lifted a little. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it was delicious! I thought my room came with the buffet breakfast, and in the morning the ladies in the restaurant told me it did not, but they would give it to me anyway. We stayed two days and got the buffet both mornings. It was one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had in a hotel. The staff was very nice and always present behind the counter. The issue with the property was that the parking lot was totally closed for resurfacing, and a bit torn up. My group had 2 disabled people (I was one), and it was a long walk from the temporary parking lot across the street from the front of the hotel. I believe the hotel was full because this was state fair opening weekend. It was very hard to find a parking spot, we had to circle 3 times. I don’t think the lot was big enough. Even to drop someone off on either side street was quite a walk for me. Had we known this, we likely would have not stayed there. Very bad timing for such a project. But I liked the hotel very much and the restaurant was excellent.
