Check in was seamless and the woman who checked us in was so nice. She even had dog treats for our two pooches. Room was clean and we love the location. Great river walk, close to restaurants and shopping. We love the multiple breweries in the area so it’s nice to not have to drive and have a safe place to stay. Great breakfast choices as well.

Our room keys didn’t work initially, the staff gave us the keys but didn’t actually check us in. The TV in our room didn’t work, they had to send a guy down to fiddle with it before it turned on. There was a lamp in the room that could only be turned off by unplugging it. The room was clean, the bed was comfy. Excellent hot breakfast. And the staff were friendly.
