This Comfort Inn location is located in a prime location, walking distance to various attractions. Clean, quiet and safe. Staff is stellar and rooms are clean and comfortable. We visited for the Des Moines Marathon and will return for future endeavors. Thank you for the great stay!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and close to the arena we were going to. Bath/bathroom had a little mold, the first light when we entered was flickering then turned off. Overall wasn’t terrible but just a few little things that added up.

I picked this hotel mostly for the proximity to the start line of the Des Moines Marathon. I could walk to the start which was great. It was clean, even if the cushions in the breakfast room were a little shabby. The coffee was god awful though. I had to go out and get my own each morning. Also wish there was a hot tub in addition to the pool.

Our family weekend stay was comfortable. The staff was very helpful and suggested several places to eat. The beds were soft and comfortable, and the breakfast was OK. Other than the terrible parking ,( due to the hotel allowing concert goers to use the parking lot resulting in not enough parking spaces for actual hotel guest) ; the stay was good.

Right by Casey’s center, we walked over there before our concert, it wasnt very expensive for how close it was and the views were very nice aswell. Definitely recommend this place.
