We were in town for the state fair for 4 days. It was very hot at the fair and you get back to your room and it is hot. When you got to front desk the only comment is yea they are having problems. The 3rd night in the room we laid there sweating. It was terrible and no one seemed to care.

New hotel and very nice. Breakfast is OK - had expected better. I stayed because the rate that night was comparable to the area that night, but this isn’t always the case.

Great spot for a quick overnight stay. Easy access to I-35 and the room was nice, comfortable and warm. Breakfast was good too! They had it al decorated for Christmas which was a great touch. Would definitely stay again!
