This is an immaculately clean, functional hotel with no frills, which met all of our needs and served us very well. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We stayed 2 nights and the room wasn’t serviced in that period - something to be aware of - but fresh towels etc are available on request. Staff were excellent throughout. Parking was plentiful and was an extra charge ( £5 per night) - entirely reasonable. All in all, outstanding value for money and would definitely stay there again.

Very good hotel,we had an issue with the heating in the room but informed reception who offered to move us to another room or put a heater in our room,we took up the latter and had a nice meal in the restaurant and when we went back to the room the heater was already there,so 1st class service.

Take your reading glasses. There’s no room key, just a long line of numbers written on a piece of paper for you to type into the keypad on your room door. The room was basic but clean and a decent size, the shower was hot (the shampoo is quite harsh) and breakfast was surprisingly good. Ask the staff if you need gluten free bread.
