As quite a regular just lately the staff here are welcoming cheerful and very happy to meet your needs rooms well kept and very quiet at night any complaints are rectified promptly and without any fuss would recommend

Was given a code for access to the room, placing hand on a reader then inputting the code given. Excellent for security, very impressed. Staff where very friendly and accommodating. You can tell alot of money has been spent on the hotel, new carpets and decor. Rooms where very clean, beds very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice, plenty to choose from. Less than a two minute walk from Derby Railway Station. Will definitely stay there again. Mark

Perfect for our stay in derby, we were roadside, next to the pelican so a bit noisy until early hours. Breakfast was ok, food hot and no waiting for anything. Downside, lift was broken so not great for restricted mobility. Thankfully I was ok today.

The room is a decent size and the bed was comfortable. The shower was ok but the water wasn't very hot in the morning. Parking is quite expensive - nearly £10 per night. If you like curry then you're spoiled for choice with 4 Indian restaurants in 5 minutes walk but if you fancy a change then you're out of luck. Although it's on the main road opposite the railway station it's pretty quiet - I was able to leave my window open at night without being disturbed. The lift wasn't working for the 3 nights I stayed.

Ideal for the station. The under rated gem.

Fantastic hotel ideally situated for the Railway station. Not much to look at from the outside but don't let that fool you. Our room was gorgeous and recently refurbished to a high standard.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and definitely the best part of my stay. The room was clean but there was a strong smell of cleaning fluid inside and it was too noisy outside to have the window open.

A poor quality hotel with dated rooms and dismissive staff. Receptionist was playing pool when I arrived which made me laugh but not really what you want to see at a hotel. The room itself was dated and unclean with dirt on the walls and the shower. Mattress could be replaced as well as it had no spring to it. All in all I wouldnt stay here again and I am thankful it was a 1 night stay.

Hotel is exceptionally clean, tidy and comfortable. Very friendly helpful staff on check in/out. I had a breakfast which was the usual full English items but very fresh. Again all lovely and clean and tidy. Highly recomend. So handy for rail station.
