Ville 7877 was excellent value for the price. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and well equipped for an extended stay. The owner is amazingly personable and gracious. We have stayed at many places in Denver and will stay there when we need to be back in the area.

It was an ok place to stay. In the 6 days we were there our room was only serviced one time. Ran out of toilet paper and tissues. Kitchen was very skimpy on dishes and utensils. The bed was very comfortable though.

Full kitchen in the room was perfect. Can't beat the size and comfort of these rooms! We were blown away by the great value. Easy access to a ton of restaurants and a quick hop on i-25 or 470 made getting anywhere in the city a breeze. Absolutely will stay here again!

The most impressive part of my visit was the property manager. She made sure I felt welcomed and she gave me very valuable advice on what parks to visit. I had an issue in getting into my room. I reached out to her and she came right away to change the batteries on the lock. It’s a clean property with great customer service.

Loved this property. The host is amazing. Our flight got delayed and she allowed us to keep the room for a couple hours longer at no cost. The property was cleaned really well. The area was nice and quiet. It is by the highway so sometimes you would hear the loud cars racing outside. No biggie. Our stay was really comfortable here. Definitely a spot to come back. We had a small studio with a kitchen included which was the best. Definitely recommend it here.

Super-comfortable bed and pillows; a decent desk; a kitchenette; close parking; clean; a good set-up in the studio apt—the basics were all great, and worked well for my longer stay. Housekeeping only occurs once a week and there is nothing complementary such as breakfast or even coffee. There were a few things that would have been nice to have, such as a pot or skillet to use on the stove and some dish soap and coffee filters. The desk was nice but the chair was very worn. But all in all, for a lower-priced stay, things were adequate and comfortable and I slept well! I would stay again.

It’s a good place if you’re here to stay for work and you don’t wanna go through a hotel lobby and deal with all of that. Amenities are very basic. They have a TV refrigerator and microwave dishwasher things like that. So you kind of feel like you’re at home. There are a lot of people that are staying there that are doing some type of service work so construction things with that nature. People seem to be very friendly not very talkative, but you are safe there.
