This stay was an unexpected eye opener to a time when antiques, and sumptuous sit down breakfasts with warm and kind people were a normal day-to-day experience. This beautiful historical home, centrally located within walking distance of the picture perfect town of Golden was an over-the-top addition to the plans we had made for my niece's 50th birthday. We highly recommend this unique B&B to anyone who wants a fresh perspective on what is truly important in life. This will not disappoint.

What a lovely experience. This home is well located, walking distance to restaurants, and stores. The hosts offer breakfast in the morning (be on time :) and it's always fresh and hot with coffee, fresh fruit. The home was clean and sheets crisp. Helpful tip- bring your own shampoo and conditioner if you're picky :)

We had a wonderful time staying at The Silk Pincushion. Judy and Dennis are the sweetest hosts, we had such a lovely time getting to chat with them over the amazing breakfasts that Judy cooked. This B&B is just a few minutes walk away from downtown Golden, we really enjoyed getting to walk around the town, through the trails nearby, and along the river. The bed was comfortable and the home has so much character! We will absolutely be staying here again and recommending this to our friends and family. Thank you so much for the lovely stay, Judy & Dennis!
