Room was clean but very small. location was ideal. There are no facilities here and no gym nearby (drove 15 minutes to YMCA). There are great restaurants nearby.

Could not get code to work on door, texted staff with no response. After numerous attempts I was able to test keypad and input code to open door. After that code worked every time. TV would not work, no internet connection. I had to use my phone for hotspot. Coffee maker does not work! Tried 3 times and had to clean up 3 messes. Gave up and was going to leave a note, but did not have a pen. Location felt safe and close to everything!

Incredible neighbourhood! Amazing bars and restaurants in just a short walk. The place was clean and tidy, we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking to wine and dine within a five min walk.

While the room was as pictured, the staff was no help what so ever. Aug. 17th - When I got to the room after a day of meetings, I wanted to watch TV but remote would not work, there were no batteries in the remote. I texted staff contact number provided and they informed that no one was on site to assist but that they would bring batteries for the remote the next morning. Aug. 18th - I returned to the room in the evening, and discovered the batteries were not delivered. I checked my texts the staff informed that they were not able to make it with the batteries that day but would deliver them the next day. Aug. 19th - I texted the staff number this next morning requesting additional towels when they bring by the batteries. The glass shower is missing the silicone/rubber lip on the door that prevents the water from flooding onto the floor. I had to use the one of the two towels to keep the floors from being a death trap. The staff responded noting that they do not provide additional towels during the stay and was told to use the laundry room. I was only there 3 days, doing laundry for insufficient towel allotment because of a faulty glass shower was not on my agenda. I walked out of the room minutes later from getting this text and a staff member walked by with a kart full of towels so it wasn't that they couldn't provide towels but that they wouldn't. At the end of the day, the batteries were provided but the remote was just fully broken. Crap service the entire stay.

STAY AWAY from this one. I don't event know where to start. We fought for a refund the whole time. 1. Property is not kept up. 2. Room does not have queen beds as listed. They were full size. 3. It stinks in the halls and common spaces and they are trying to overcompensate with air freshener that makes it worse. 4. Broken furniture. The whole sink front broke off as soon as we opened the drawer 5. Dirty unit. I don't even think they clean these between guests. 6. No new towels for the entire stay. 7. no front desk or property management to go to. Only a phone number and excuse after excuse. 8. Very noisy. You hear so much from out side they put white noise machines in the room to try and drown out the traffic and people yelling. And we were on the 4th floor and it was still bad. 9. The is NO parking to be found near the property. You have to park blocks away and the whole area is 3 hour limit parking. I could go on an on. If you want to have a good time on vacation. stay somewhere else.
