Staff: amazing. Honestly probably the nicest hotel staff I have ever been around and they are all such hard workers. Hotel: Wish they had the kitchen open later OR just had more cold food items for purchase for later nights. It was confusing that they had the dining room where you had to be on a list in order to sit there, so I think they just need to make it more clear that you can order from the bar if you don't go in their restaurant.

Christina, at the desk super friendly & helpful every time we interacted. You’re lucky to have her😊 somewhat disappointed that the pool wasn’t open but ended up not having alot of free time. The room was clean & neat tho missing towel bars in the vanity. Good location.

Good trip and stay at the Sheraton. Disappointed there was no pool and the rooms and grounds seemed a lil dated but overall, for the price, the helpfulness of the staff, and proximity to Red Rocks, we'd stay there again.

Great location! Close to Red Rocks Amphitheater and the quaint city of Golden. Free parking, including covered parking. Gary at the front desk in the evenings was fantastic! He was so nice and very helpful! The rooms are a bit outdated, but renovations are taking place soon. Fantastic location and price! Very clean. Good breakfast (typically you have to pay, but ours was comped) and nice bar area.

Staff was friendly and helpful. But the property is has ongoing renovations. Thus, only one elevator worked and it took what feels forever to get back to the lobby once it's full. Nevertheless, the facility looks fascinating, it has nice bar, plenty of parking, and the room was pretty neat and comfortable. The only room improves would be the fridge and AC have loud noise.
