Everything was as to be expected it’s an old hotel it’s definitely seen better days but the maids and the staff and the people that live around here all fabulous and the chicken stuff was amazing. I like someone I can have a comfortable conversation with you know.

The stay was actually really relaxing and low-key. The employees were average aside from Chris who was super awesome and had a dope personality and helped us feel welcome and comfortable, went above and beyond! The manager on the other hand was super rude and unprofessional quite unpleasant to say the least about her personality… treated us as though we weren’t worthy of her time or effort and was pretty obscene on multiple occasions… Would return but hopefully just avoid the blond shrew.

Really liked the view of downtown Denver from the Budget Inn location. Staff at check in was very accommodating and friendly. I was staying by myself and had no issues during my 4 night stay but did frequently notice what seemed to be homeless individuals loitering across the street from the hotel. I had a 6am flight and had to checkout really early (3:30am) on Sunday but when I went to return the room key to the front desk did not find anyone at the reception after waiting 10-15 minutes. Ended up leaving key in the room before departing to the airport. This is a good option for someone traveling by themselves that just wants a place to rest in Denver for a reasonable price but would not recommend for families traveling with younger children given my experience.

This hotel was dirty. The property had trash everywhere. They did not have the free breakfast that was advertised online. All the side walks and walking spaces had trash on it. This hotel should not be on your list for people to stay at!

The staff was top notch! The staff was friendly, accommodating, professional, and went over and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The property was in bad shape. The building's stucco cement on the outside was crumbling. The floor leading up to the hotel room was dirty, the pool was empty, inside the lobby was a junked up mess. Inside the hotel room had an overall feeling of needing to be updated. The beds, floors, and bathroom was clean; but it all needs to be updated as soon as possible.
