The hotel in the pics is not this property. The areas around the hotel were dirty, but our room was nice and clean. There was no screen on our window which we didnt really like. Was ok for what we needed it for.

The staff was kind and accommodating. Holly was wonderful and knowledgeable. The only thing was there was giant rats all around the property in the back running around and our window didn’t have a screen on it on the first floor so that was concerning. Also there was giant dead rats along the building as well it was scary and disgusting.

There was active construction/renovations that were not disclosed anywhere while booking. Our room was also infested with carpenter ants. Staff was accommodating and worked with us and moved our room but unfortunately the problem persisted with conditions and we were ultimately refunded.

Stayed for 4 nights and it was a million times better than our last hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and smelled nice. Overall i would stay here again.

It was a quick trip to attend a wedding in Pine. This is a all right location no pool and no lounge. Did have a small serve yourself breakfast bar area.

The stay was ok. The hotel does need some work. The toilet wouldn’t flush in the middle of the night but decided to fill with water in the morning. The bed was ok. You could tell it had seen better days.
