This hotel has made a lot of improvements since I last stayed here earlier this year. The WiFi works. There are fewer dogs barking all night and fewer loud fights between guests. The entire property has been cleaned up and organized. The staff is more helpful and friendly. And the housekeepers are more diligent about cleaning. Prices have gone up accordingly, but are still competitive. Hard to beat this property for value in Denver!

We booked our stay for 6 days. We must have been given the floor where most of the dogs were. 1 night out of 6 nights we actually slept because every other night there was dogs barking off and on all night. We have dogs and understand barking but this was excessive. Just walking down the hallway, dogs sounded like they were lunging at the door and barking. B The only thing provided was 2 small bars of soap....This is probably the first time staying somewhere where shampoo and conditioner and lotion bottles were not provided. No coffee pot or blow dryer in the room. The one time I don't bring one and it isn't in the room. I would not stay there again. While the staff was nice, this hotel seems more like a place people are staying long term and basically lived there. Always people sitting around outside smoking and some were pretty sketchy.

The building itself was very nice and the rooms were super clean remodeled and comfortable for my wife and pups. The staff was attentive and very friendly. Tons of garbage all around the outside of the property but that seems to be the case with most anywhere we go anymore unfortunately...Overall a great place to stay for the price. 💯 percent would recommend.
