Perfect stay for a Ball Arena concert getaway

Unique very special place.

Incredible place. Checkin hours are limited but was given good instructions to self checkin. As an old Victorian house it didn’t feel very warm and friendly arriving at night. But owner was very warm and friendly when we met up in morning. Breakfast was excellent. Neighborhood lovely.

The room was lovely, and the property was in a great area with lots of restaurants and shops around. Staff was super helpful and breakfast was great. Only complaint was the ac took a while to start working to cool down the room. Other than that it was perfect for a weekend getaway.

This is a beautifully-restored mansion in a pretty neighborhood. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Owners John and Elaine as well as staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Best of all, breakfast is five star-wonderful!

They take good care of you and have a great breakfast. It is in a quiet neighborhood but walkable to dining and shopping. Very convenient to downtown Denver. Elaine and Joel were perfect hosts.

An Inn with Fabulous Charm

We had a wonderful overnight stay for our anniversary. The Inn is beautiful with all the old charm from the turn of the century, but modern facilities. Our room was very comfortable! The breakfast menu had many choices and was excellent! Extremely friendly and accommodating host as well.

Fabulous inn, great staff, 5-star breakfast!

Beautiful historical property with large comfortable rooms. The breakfast is five star! Try especially the Scottish French toast. Owners and other staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Location is wonderful-charming neighborhood within walking distance of central Denver. I couldn’t recommend this more highly!
