Queen studio. Smaller than expected but got the job done for 2 people. No issue with noise/AC/wifi. Location is perfect for downtown/boulder/stadium activities. There’s a food hall (with bars and coffee) literally right next door. Paid $25 for parking each night with no issues getting a spot even with all the rooms booked.

Location is great and room was clean but it’s very obvious they cut a lot of corners to keep their costs down and maximize profits. Not having any staff onsite is really just not great when it comes to customer service. Parking situation was not adequately described on listing and when we reached out to the “virtual front desk,” they were completely useless and never responded to us until the next day so we had to figure it out ourselves and carry our stuff from blocks away. WiFi info was also wrong on in-room information and the only way to watch TV is to login to your own streaming accounts. Kitchen amenities were limited. Cooking stuff was all that toxic cheap plastic and teflon crap. Laundry amenities consisted of a single unvented washer-dryer combo that literally took 6 hours to do a single small load and sounded like a jet was landing in the apartment. Window unit in the bedroom buzzed incessantly and the windows aren’t adequately insulated so the noise from the highway was terrible and decent sleep impossible. Bed was a cheap futon. Decent for the price, but nothing to write home about.

My evaluation of this establishment is centered squarely on the quality of their customer service, which failed to meet even the most basic industry standards during a recent travel crisis. After our flight to Denver was canceled multiple times over a single weekend, making it physically impossible to reach the destination, we sought a reasonable resolution with the management. Despite the extenuating circumstances, the hotel strictly enforced an uncompromising "no refund" policy, showing zero empathy for a situation entirely out of our control. In my extensive travel experience, the majority of reputable hotels demonstrate professional flexibility by charging for a single night and refunding the remainder of the stay. Although Expedia confirmed that the hotel had the full authority to grant a one-time exception, the management deliberately chose to deny our request. This rigid refusal to budge reveals a significant lack of commitment to guest satisfaction and long-term loyalty. I believe that exceptional customer service is the cornerstone of any successful hospitality business, yet this property prioritizes short-term revenue over human connection. Because of this experience, I strongly advise potential guests to seek accommodations elsewhere: Choose establishments that value guest relationships during travel emergencies. Avoid properties with predatory, inflexible cancellation policies. Prioritize hotels that empower their staff to provide fair, common-sense solutions.
