Front staff was not friendly and I felt like I was bothering them by having to check in and out of the hotel. Food at restaurant was delicious. We needed to be close to the Fitzsimons Medical Campus and this property was the perfect location for us to walk to our appointments. It would have been a perfect stay except for the construction pounding that started at 7am and the malfunctioning front door that slammed into me as I left the lobby. (And the staff that watched with disinterest, failing to respond to a near serious injury to me, but promptly calling maintenance staff to fix it.)

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are nice and big. However, there are no comforters on the bed. They are just two sheets. You have to park in a parking garage that is not connected to the hotel. There’s no security in the parking garage and it’s open to a public street that feels very unsafe. They should offer security to escort you to the hotel or have security officers at the entrances. The staff was delightful and so helpful.
