HYATT added printed information on local business for guest. Before (ie) front desk, question, where is a good pizza place? Answer well Little Ceaser's is at such and such. Sometimes the person at the desk doing a fine job did not know of places to eat.

Liked everything except the room. Bedside lamps didn't work. Coffee maker was beautiful, but no cups. Windows needed to be cleaned (outside). Building inside and out was great. Staff was excellent. Would stay again.

Parking isn’t free and $15 per night. Pool is outside on second floor and great on the rooftop. Front staff was not friendly and I felt like I was bothering them by having to check in and out of the hotel. Food at restaurant was delicious. Breakfast offered through the hotel restaurant but not free.

We needed to be close to the Fitzsimons Medical Campus and this property was the perfect location for us to walk to our appointments. It would have been a perfect stay except for the construction pounding that started at 7am and the malfunctioning front door that slammed into me as I left the lobby. (And the staff that watched with disinterest, failing to respond to a near serious injury to me, but promptly calling maintenance staff to fix it.)

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are nice and big. However, there are no comforters on the bed. They are just two sheets. You have to park in a parking garage that is not connected to the hotel. There’s no security in the parking garage and it’s open to a public street that feels very unsafe. They should offer security to escort you to the hotel or have security officers at the entrances. The staff was delightful and so helpful.
