Our entire experience at Hotel Teatro was amazing. Rose at the front desk is wonderful. She can handle it all with ease. And her quick wit is refreshing. We enjoyed The Study for coffee and breakfast while we were there. Our room was comfortable, clean and beautiful with windows overlooking downtown. The location was perfect for all things LoDo. We walked everywhere. We enjoyed our time in Denver and Hotel Teatro. We will definitely be back.

The hotel is fine and the staff are pleasant. For free bus rides, you need to walk two blocks to the 16th street. It provides a credit of $10 towards the breakfast expenses.

It’s very central to a lot of downtown. Walking distance to Union Station, just a block from DPAC, and 3 blocks from where the Red Rocks Shuttle picks up. Room is clean, beds are great, good coffee downstairs, coffee in the room, too. Helpful staff at all hours. I recommended to a friend for the next week and they loved it, too. Downtown Denver is very quiet, even on a Monday morning! I didn’t expect that. I don’t think I heard any sirens or horns ever.

I didn’t like the Shower Head in the center of the shower! Otherwise it was a Good stay except for the people that left their little dog for hours in the room across from me,and every time it heard movement it barked for 3 days straight until they returned (which was late of course)!
