The staff was quite helpful, even when things didn't go right. All rooms were supposedly non-smoking, but the first room someone had smoked and tried to cover it with some air freshener, the staff didn't ask questions, got me a new room, but on the ground floor where the noise was worse. Definitely no sound proofing, and the amenities were pretty non-existent. Not so much as a plastic water tumbler in the rooms. It's bare-bones, I guess you get what you pay for, and definitely you don't get what you don't pay for.

Amazing accommodating on point staff. I felt in safe space with how vigilant they all are! Never in any of my stays at this property have I received anything but a clean , comfy , efficient room! The staff is high standard! Great Job!! Keep up the amazing work your doing the community a just and solid service I commend and thank you!

For the area, great price! Staff was friendly and kind and helpful, even though we dragged in TIRED and late/early. Clean beds, clean sheets, hot water, cable TV. Outlets that worked! Really, what more could you ask for? Property is outdated but clean and SAFE!

This stay was needed at the last minute. It was an okay choice for what was needed. The room could have been a little cleaner. The bed was very clean and comfortable, which was what I was needing at the time (sleep!). It met my needs for they stay.
