Adding to my review here. We have now been staying here for a couple of months, the rates go way down with weekly and monthly stays The place is set for a long stay and is a studio apt. I never stay anywhere that makes me uncomfortable, and I have been here for a long time, because it feels safe and everyone is really nice. If I am still here, it must be good.

We stayed for one night. We were surprised to learn that they don’t offer any toiletries except a tiny bar of soap. However there were plenty of towels, bed linens and pillows. The beds were very comfortable. Despite the property being older, I felt they are trying to keep up with its maintenance. Cleanliness was up to standards, but because the building is older, may not give that initial vibe. The biggest complaint was we could not turn on the bathroom lights due to the exhaust smelling like straight cigarette smoke. The bathroom light combined the exhaust and lights so there was no way to use the bathroom with the door closed because when you tried that smell would take over the room almost instantly. Lastly, the best part about this property was the staff. They were super friendly and accommodating, even the security guard was very polite and friendly. For this reason, I would return to this hotel if I needed another overnight stay. Thank you.

Clean sheets on the bed. No doorknob on bathroom door. Fridge worked great. Furniture had tears and wear. It was a place to sleep so it worked out well, but litter in the stairwell and just outside the elevator was a little disappointing.
