For the level of hotel that Element is, I think this was the best free breakfast I’ve ever had. The coffee was great, too. I would absolutely stay here again and will look for other Element Hotels when making travel plans.

The front desk staff was great (shout-out to John). Upon check-in we were able to be upgraded to a suite-style room. When we had a problem with some ants in our suite, John quickly recitfied the situation by moving our room and offered me Marriott Bonvoy points for the inconvenience. Overall the hotel was nice, our room was clean (when we moved), and we felt welcome.

I loved my stay at the Element. The staff were really sweet and helped out a lot. We stayed for a week and it was a relaxing week. The breakfast was perfect, everything you need. Eggs, potatoes, sausage, yogurt with fresh fruit, bagels, bread, juices, coffee, etc. it was great if you didn’t want to go out and eat. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. The coffee bar was great and the person running it is super nice. The happy hour they have for guests is fun to do. Overall we loved our stay.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is pretty pricey, you are better off parking outside and paying the outside parking fee. Kitchen is a bonus but you do have to keep asking for kitchen stuff such as pans and other cooking supplies. In addition, we had to remind them to come to our room for cleaning since they do it every other day. Once we asked they were really good at doing it.

Expedia advertised “complimentary beverages upon arrival” but that’s only available M-Th, disappointing as this was something we were looking forward to! Parking was much more expensive than advertised on Expedia. Expedia says $15/day, reality is $35/day. Hotel staff told me that was the best option when we arrived but later heard staff telling another guest that there was a cheaper lot right across the street from the hotel that would save them money with their stay. Would’ve been nice to know. Our booked rom was not able to be used for “maintenance issues” upon arrival, clerk left a note for morning staff to move us into a suite the next day; the room was definitely a downgrade. Lights kept turning on and off and outlets did not work in one half of the room. For the amount of money we paid for a weekend stay, this was not the best experience. Hotel was clean, breakfast was decent. The problems we had were a disappointment.

The gentleman that checked me in was amazing. My for locked itself and he helped get me back in. The day of check out, the person checking me out kindly gave me a late check out time as my plane left at 2. They were amazing!. Only one new guy was a little rude about the parking lot across the street Tuesday night.. I know you don't own it but he could have been a little more kind when I was asking about it. Nothing huge but everyone else was super amazing!
