This hotel was 3/5 stars only because we had a few stains on our sheets and our room 269 didn’t have any shampoo, conditioner and body wash we had to use our own, thankfully we brought some, but otherwise the room was clean and nice, we also had a hard time finding the front office but that was not a big problem but the hotel staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was also very great!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had and were very friendly. All the ice machines we had access to were broken and the elevator closest to our room was out of order as well so we had to walk all the way around our building to get to our room. I would stay in this hotel again based on staff and cleanliness of the rooms but teller building itself needs some maintenance

The Comfort Inn & Suites Golden – Denver West is close to Red Rocks if you are going to a show. Its location is next to I-70 so you may hear traffic depending on your room’s location. The pool and hit tub were not working/unavailable so that was a bummer. Breakfast was adequate. Check-in and out was easy. Desk clerk said the hotel is undergoing some renovations. Out A/C was nice but very noisy.

The room had some wear and tear but nothing that was overwhelming. We had to wait about 3 hours to check in and almost didn’t get the room we booked but the staff was so kind in making sure the room that we booked was available and even discounted the first night for the inconvenience. The breakfast was so good, bacon, sausage, waffles, eggs. I only just wish there was most consistency, one day was just sausage and no eggs and the next was all eggs and no sausage but the waffles were a saving grace. The pool was pretty cold but it was a cute amenity. Absolutely loved the area we were in it was central to all the things we did: Red Rocks, Casa Bonita, Meow Wolf, and the Colorado Mills Mall. Overall, the hotel was nice and the staff was helpful.
