Beautiful accommodations. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. Enjoyed the patio outside the bedroom; beautiful fall day. We were walking distance to restaurants and museums. Carl served up a delicious breakfast. Will definitely come back

This place was a real gem! We walked inside and were welcomed by cozy antique furnishings and our room close by. The sitting area and living room were very comfortable and welcoming, and the gardens and outdoor seating were also pleasant. The host and his daughter were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and cooked to order. Yum! Parking was behind the building. We would stay here again!

What a nice experience. We stayed in the Bluebell room which had an enclosed porch and private entrance. It was very clean, cozy and well appointed. The star of the show was Carl's (the owner) gourmet breakfast. It was delicious! Bailey (Carl's daughter and second in command) provided helpful advise. We also loved the location. It was in walking distance of the Botanical Gardens and very close to the Capitol building.

This historic B&B was all that we expected. The room was large with 2 comfortable chairs & a King bed. Bathroom was also a good size. The Innkeeper & his daughter were very nice & welcoming. The breakfasts, which were included in the price, were excellent. We were able to eat outside in a lush garden setting for our 3 night stay. Great location close to restaurants etc. Would highly recommend this B&B.

This place is amazing! An older, historic house restored, with beautiful furnishings. And the owner, and his family, make you feel like part of the family. The location is perfect. And the breakfast is unbelievable, so delicious!

The Forget-me-not room was very cozy and had everything I needed. Staff were friendly and breakfast was delicious. A huge plus to have free parkng on site. The neighborhood was quiet (it was a Monday) and the bubbling fountains on the property made a lovely sound.

The place is beautiful. I had book a room mostly for the jazzicu bath because I wanted it. And it was truly beautiful and relaxing and nice! The area around the house is beautiful and well taken care of, and there are some wonderful places to walk to without having to move your car.

Excellent stay at bed and breakfast. Charming, historical, warm and welcoming. Room was delightful and had a huge bathroom and a walkout balcony. Breakfast was delicious and Bailey the host made sure all guests were taken care of. The charming garden was the perfect place to have breakfast and enjoy nature in the big city!
